Can I lay-by for up to 12 months?
Yes, over a 1-12 month period. Payment plans can be used only for items over $500 or multiple items totalling $500 or more. Lay-bys are only available through the Loviz Arts Gallery.
Can I place orders over the phone?
Yes, we are here to help and can take credit card payments over the phone or send you an invoice with the details to pay directly into our account.
Can I see the products before I buy and where can I see the Original Paintings?
Yes, you can visit our gallery and most Tanya Loviz Original Paintings are housed here for your convenience. Not all reproductions are available to see in the flesh at the gallery but there are over 100 canvas prints to view (many artist embellished) and hundreds of paper prints to buy on the spot.
Do you send art internationally?
Yes, contact us before purchasing the art so we can quote you on delivery, also consider any taxes as each country has a different system.
FREIGHT VARIABLES: Shipping is free Australia wide, yet deliveries to remote areas and some extra-large artworks can incur extra charges, if this occurs, we will contact you with a quote for the difference, if you choose to not go with the quoted price, we can refund you in full for placing the order.
How long will my purchase take to deliver in Australia?

How do I clean my art?
Use a soft bristled brush to dust off the art occasionally, never use any cleaning products or a moist cloth as over time moisture can leave a white film.
How do I hang my art?
Hang your artwork from a strong picture hook that is suited to the weight of the art itself. It needs to be well balanced to control the sometimes heavy weight of the frame, thick paint, or in some cases crystals and backing board. For canvas prints we recommend using two hooks situated approximately one third from each side. Please consult a professional if you are not confident with hanging it yourself..
Can I place my art in a sunny position?
Keep your Tanya Loviz artwork out of direct sunlight as it will fade and can permanently damage your painting. You also want to avoid extreme temperature changes in the room that you are housing your art in.
Can I view all of the Original Paintings Available?
Yes, in the gallery and Hunter Valley Region, but if you are after a particular artwork contact us first.
