A little Rain makes lots of Steam
So romantic, dancing on a hot steamy rooftop. Inspired by two muses dancing on the historic rooftop of The Carrington Hotel as part of the “Immortalised in paint Event”. It was the first building in Katoomba, in the Blue Mountains. It also housed the first powerhouse in Katoomba. It can get very hot on the rooftop, especially when you are in love, and lots of steam can be made after a wet and wild summer storm. The clouds are never far from the ground around here as Katoomba is so high above sea-level, 1017 metres high to be exact, so they are physically dancing in the clouds.
