"Love-is" hiding in a cave. I was asked to be part of the art program at Jenolan Caves in NSW. There is a cave with a river running through it and I merged a few different varieties of cave formations to create this magic scene. The gondola (called Pearl) represents my European background, migration and the lanterns show us how they used to view the caves back in the day. The caves actually create cave-pearls by water dripping and constantly turning the calcite, which is what they are gazing at.
