"Love-is" the dance of Summer. It's bursting with life, activity, parties and holidays. This is why I love it. In this artwork Frangipani flowers were used to represent summer as they remind me of this and thrive in the heat, even though they have very delicate white flesh...hmm...and their divine scent immediately takes me on a holiday. Her thrusting movement captures the intense rains, growth and heat that makes our summer so alive. Hidden in this painting is the big white love heart that spotlights her joy and fills us up at the same time.
